Gift cards can be purchased for any amount (AUD only) and can be used to book any property in the View Retreats collection for up to 3 years, subject to availability.
Our gift cards can be used to book any of our Wellness Holidays, Private Holidays or Accommodation listed on our website that offers a 'Pay Now' option (98% of all accommodation), subject to availability. You are not able to use a gift voucher for accommodation that only offer 'Book Now, Pay Later' or 'Book Now, Pay a Deposit' payment options.
If your chosen accommodation is not bookable with our gift card, you will be notified by our gift card support team. You can let us know an alternative property or the support team will assist you in finding something similar that is bookable with a gift card.
Yes, the gift card can be used in any country featured as part of our collection, however, the booking will be paid for in Australian Dollars. Do keep in mind that if the accommodation is located outside Australia, an exchange rate will apply to the booking total. You'll be advised of this when contacting us to make the booking.

Gift cards can only be redeemed through our gift card support team within the validity period. Please note that you cannot use a gift card to complete an online booking nor to pay for a reservation directly with an accommodation provider.
You can use your gift card to book any View Retreats Wellness Holiday, Private Holiday or Accommodation that offers a 'Pay Now' payment option. Full payment of the entire booking amount is required upon booking when using a gift card (except if you book one of our Wellness Holidays or Private Holidays). All bookings are subject to availability and the accommodation provider’s terms. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and can't be used towards services directly offered by the accommodation provider.
Gift cards can only be used for new bookings and cannot be applied to an existing online booking. If you have already completed a booking online, you will need to cancel this booking and rebook via our support team in order to use your gift card. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable at all times.
If you have used a portion of your gift card amount, the remaining balance will remain on file for the validity of the gift card and can be put towards future purchases. Gift cards and remaining balances are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Gift cards have a validity of 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue.
Gift cards can be reissued upon confirmation of the original purchase details. For security reasons, we can only resend a gift card to the person who originally purchased it.
