Things to do
Days can be spent exploring the spirited land of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, wondering at the prehistoric sights on a Valley of the Winds walk, or perhaps enjoying one of the many trips from the exceptional touring programme designed exclusively for Longitude 131° guests. One of the highlights must be to indulge in an intimate four course dinner for two, served with the finest wines, under a glittering canopy of stars.
What we love
This extraordinary property has been carefully designed to be sympathetic to its unique surroundings, without scrimping on any of the details or comforts you’d expect in the finest 5 star resort. If you can handle the 5am start, we highly recommend a sunrise breakfast at the base of Uluru, which is a truly magical experience. If not, you can always enjoy the sunrise views over the rock from the comfort of your bed, without even having to lift your head from the pillow. There is nowhere else in the world that is quite like Australia’s Red Centre, and there’s really no better place to experience it than Longitude 131°.
