Set amidst trees and native landscapes, Caldermeade is a luxurious holiday home in Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula. Offering sweeping views of the surrounds and the bay, this stunning home is just a few minutes away from the shops of Blairgowrie Village and Port Phillip Bay. Its five bedrooms and spacious floorplan make this a wonderful choice for holidays with extended family or a tranquil seaside getaway with friends.

Perhaps one of the best features of Caldermeade is its easy access to the town centre and the beach. Here, you can grab coffee, enjoy a drink, browse for souvenirs, or sit down to a lovely, scrumptious dinner. Nearby, you can enjoy plenty of water activities such as sailing, fishing, and swimming with dolphins. There are also plenty of wineries and the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, which are only about ten minutes away.

Set over four levels, this expansive modern home offers contemporary furnishings, colourful and fun art accents and light wood finishes. The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces afford you and your travel companions with plenty of options of where to relax, chat, or unwind. The stunning pool area on the ground floor comes complete with sun lounges, day bed, and an entertaining area with fire pit. There are two outdoor alfresco areas on the third floor that come with a barbecue and outdoor table setting for up to ten guests. You can also keep busy with a game of tennis on the private mod grass tennis court.

Inside, you’ll find a den with floor-to-ceiling shelves full of books, board games, and memorabilia. There’s also a piano, a turntable, and large screen TV with Foxtel, providing plenty of entertainment options for adults and kids alike. The kitchen is modern and comes complete with all the latest appliances, including an induction stovetop and coffee machine. There’s a separate dining area indoors and also more alfresco dining with plenty of space for meals and snacks.

Boasting five spacious bedrooms Caldermeade can accommodate groups of up to 13 guests, or 14 with a trundle in the master. The master suite is located on the top floor and features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony where you can take in the views. The second bedroom is on the second floor and offers a queen size bed and a built-in robe. The central bathroom with a bathtub and European laundry can also be found on this level. Another two bedrooms are located on the first level - the first has a queen size bed and a single bed, while the second has two bunk beds. 

The house also has a separate bungalow with a further queen size bed at the front of the property. This is a great option for teenagers or couples wanting some privacy. The bungalow is simply an additional bedroom and does not have an ensuite, air conditioning or central heating, although a Nobo Heater and pedestal fan are provided for your comfort.

Note: This property is most suited to families. No schoolies bookings. A shorter minimum stay may be accepted over Christmas/New Year. Please enquire for details.
