The Vines

Designed like a beach house on stilts, The Vines’ expansive floor area and elevated position ensure every space is bathed in natural light and circulates the fresh coastal breeze. Light oak flooring and cabinetry with the white interior create a relaxing home with a laid-back beach vibe. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a central place for everyone to convene. The kitchen features a pantry, stainless steel appliances, and a wide centre island bench with lots of seating.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the living area to the balcony and provide stunning views of the surrounds. An informal sitting area and billiards table create a fun space for the young ones, while a separate media room serves as a second living room. The outdoor space is equally restful, with a grassed yard where the kids can run around and play. There’s a fire pit perfect for gathering around during winter, drinking hot chocolate and roasting marshmallows. There is also off-street parking provided for up to four cars.

Comfort and ease permeate every room in The Vines. All come with plush beds and fine linen, key decorative pieces, and ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The main bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, and study area. The second and third bedrooms also have king size beds and share a bathroom. The fourth room comes with two tri-bunks (double below, single above), as well as an ensuite bathroom.
