If your accommodation offers ‘Instant Confirmation’ your credit card details will be sent securely to the Operator for processing. If your accommodation is listed as ‘On Request’ the Operator will confirm rates, availability & payment details to you within 24 hours. In all cases, you will pay the Operator directly in their local currency and will be subject to their own booking and payment terms. Rates and other accommodation details are provided by the Operator and all care is taken to ensure that these remain accurate at all times. In the unlikely event of an error, you will be given the option of cancelling your booking or confirming at the correct price. PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit Card Fees apply - 3.5% Amex/Diners & 2% Visa/Mastercard. CANCELLATION TERMS: This operator has a NO REFUNDS policy. If accommodation is able to be re-booked for the same dates a credit voucher for the total deposit paid less a minimum $75 administration fee will be issued. If the cancelled property is not able to be re-booked for the same dates the following cancellation fees apply: 30 days or more prior to arrival - 25% of the total rate. 15-29 days prior to your arrival - 50% of the total rate. 14 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of the total rate. A non-refundable booking fee equal to $10 per night is included in the total rate. A minimum $75 administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings. Booking Fees and processing fees are non-refundable. Any funds remaining after the deduction of cancellation administration and booking fees will be distributed in the form of a credit voucher with 6 months validity. A request to amend a booking will be treated as a cancellation. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
