Day 1: Arrive in Phnom Penh

Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be greeted by our team, who’ll help you with the fast-track arrival service, customs, and baggage collection.

Your driver will then transfer you to Raffles Hotel Le Royal, a grand and historic hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh which has served several royal families, foreign dignitaries, and international artists over the years.

Surround yourself in the hotel’s magnificent tropical gardens, or relax at one of its two swimming pools or the luxurious day spa. You can also feast on local and international flavours at any of the four on-site restaurants.

Day 2: Explore the charms of the city

Explore Phnom Penh at your own pace. After breakfast, you might want to visit the National Museum to view historic Khmer artefacts or visit the Royal Palace which showcases Cambodia’s rich heritage.

Just make sure to save time to visit the hotel’s luxurious day spa for your included 60-minute full-body aromatherapy massage that aims to restore harmony and relax the mind and body.

Day 3: Journey to Siem Reap

After breakfast, your driver will transport you to Phnom Penh Airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, you will be met by a driver who will transfer you to Treeline Urban Resort, your accommodation for the next three nights.

Here, you’ll be surrounded by lush tropical greenery, contemporary design and authentic Cambodian charm. At this peaceful oasis, only moments from the centre of the city, you can relax with a cocktail by the rooftop infinity pool, or perhaps head to the on-site day spa for an indulgent treatment. You may also wish to take in the hotel’s stunning private art collection.

For your meals, choose from four different dining options. All of the on-site restaurants use the freshest (usually locally-grown) ingredients and boast an impressive range of plant-based menu options.

Day 4: Witness the wonder of Angkor Wat

Your guide will meet you in the morning to embark on an awe-inspiring journey to the Khmer civilisation’s crowning achievement, the World-Heritage-listed Angkor Wat. Explore its ornate temples, courtyards, lotus towers, and intricate bas-reliefs that narrate historical events and scenes from Hindu mythology.

Next, wander through Ta Prohm’s stone-carved courtyards embraced by the roots of towering trees and strangler figs. Famous for being the ‘tomb raider’ temple, it was once a majestic monastery for kings.

Later, you’ll continue your adventure at Angkor Thom. Enter through the awe-inspiring South Gate and discover the fascinating Bayon Temple, adorned with magnificent stone faces that peer in all directions. Then, discover the grand Baphuon Temple before strolling along the Terrace of the Elephants and admiring the intricate bas-reliefs which showcase the region’s rich historical and artistic heritage.

After your day of exploring, you will return to Siem Reap where you can spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Note: Please remember that you must cover your shoulders and knees when visiting temples and religious sites. A shawl or scarf is not enough to cover the shoulders, so a light jacket or a shirt with sleeves is required at all times.

Day 5: Discover more of Siem Reap

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at SEED, the hotel’s breakfast restaurant. Today’s schedule is yours to make—discover more of Siem Reap or simply enjoy some relaxing time by the pool.

If you’re keen to explore the countryside, we can arrange a day trip to the Kulen Mountains where you can walk side-by-side with Cambodian elephants. We can also arrange a Vespa ride that will take you on an exotic food journey where you can experience the real Siem Reap after dark.

Days 6-9: Relax and reset on Koh Russey

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight to Sihanoukville. Upon arrival at the airport, your driver will accompany you to your short speedboat transfer to Koh Russey, aka “Bamboo Island.”

Koh Russey Villas & Resort is a peaceful private island retreat where you’ll be surrounded by powder-sand beaches and tropical forests framed by the Gulf of Thailand’s emerald waters. Here, you’ll have access to the restaurant, a beach bar, a spa, a beachfront infinity pool, a 24-hour gym, and a yoga studio.

Here you can choose to engage in plenty of sea activities such as kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, beach tennis, beach volley, pétanque, or leisurely beachfront strolls. The resort can also arrange an array of excursions including island hopping, snorkelling, sunset cruising, beach picnics, and cinema under the stars.

For the path to ultimate relaxation, head to the resort’s spa, a blissful sanctuary with five double treatment rooms where you can enjoy an included 60-minute treatment each day of your stay. Choose from:

All meals are included during your stay and the only decisions you need to make daily are which spa treatment to enjoy and whether to spend your day poolside or beachside.

Day 10: Departure from Phnom Penh

After enjoying a final breakfast at the hotel, you will return to the mainland via speed boat where your driver guide will transfer you back to Phnom Penh airport for your departure.
