Day 1: Arrive into Bangkok
The Sukhothai Bangkok
Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be greeted by our team, who’ll help you with the fast-track arrival service, customs and baggage collection.
You will be transported via private transfer to The Sukhothai Bangkok, an exceptional urban retreat where the art of Thai hospitality is taken to new heights. Its gorgeous rooms showcase fine Thai fabrics and teak wood furnishings—materials that pay homage to the illustrious past of Thailand’s historical capital, Sukhothai.
During your stay, you can choose to experience local flavours from the hotel’s range of international dining options, relax at the day spa, or take a dip in the pool.
Day 2: Explore the bustling city
The Sukhothai Bangkok
Enjoy Bangkok at your own pace. You may choose to start your day by joining the locals in some Tai Chi or Yoga in the tranquil surroundings of nearby Lumpini Park and visit the glittering Grand Palace or experience the city’s famous floating markets later in the day.
Please remember that you must cover your shoulders and knees when visiting Thai temples. A shawl or scarf is not enough to cover the shoulders, so a light jacket or a shirt with sleeves is required.
After exploring the city, you can relax and unwind with the included 30-minute foot massage at the hotel’s luxurious day spa.
If you are still up for some late night fun, experience Bangkok’s vibrant nightlife which is bursting with live music, trendy rooftop bars, and bustling night markets.
Day 3: Discover the magical Golden Triangle

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bangkok Airport for your flight to Chiang Rai. There, you’ll be greeted by your driver guide who will accompany you to the Anantara Golden Triangle Resort.

Booking details
Flights
International flights are not included in trip costs, however, this itinerary does include domestic flights from Bangkok to Chiang Rai (via Bangkok) to Phuket to Bangkok. A flight to another destination can be organised upon request.
If you are booking via a travel agent, flights can also be organised by your agent. Please advise your preference upon booking.
Payments
A deposit payment of 20% is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due at least 90 days prior to your departure date. If your departure date is within 90 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card. A surcharge of up to 2% applies if paying by credit card. By making a deposit or payment, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with your booking.
Changes
Changes to your booking may be requested up to 91 days prior to the departure date. If the booking has already been confirmed with a deposit, then additional costs and fees may apply.
Changes made within 90 days of the departure date are treated as cancellations and re-booking and will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined below.
Cancellations
Charges apply to all cancellations according to when the cancellation is received in relation to the departure date.
