Day 1: Arrive in to Hanoi
At Hanoi airport, you’ll be greeted by our team, who’ll help you through the express immigration process, customs and baggage collection.
You’ll be transported to the beautiful Peridot Grand Hotel and Spa, an oasis of tranquillity in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where coffee shops, boutiques and street vendors create a bustling atmosphere.
You might choose to enjoy a meal at one of the hotel’s two restaurants, or visit the well-equipped gym and day spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. To end the day, consider heading to the rooftop bar, a perfect place for a cocktail while you take in the views over Hanoi.
Day 2: Explore historic Hanoi
Enjoy Hanoi at your own pace. You could start the day with some pre-breakfast Tai Chi or yoga with locals in the tranquil surroundings of Hoan Kiem Lake.
You could visit the mausoleum of former president Ho Chi Minh, get lost in the narrow streets of the Old Quarter or explore the Hanoi Botanical Gardens.
Just be sure to make time for your included 60-minute Swedish massage at the hotel’s luxurious day spa.
In the evening, experience Hanoi’s live music, rooftop bars and vibrant night markets for some late-night fun.
Day 3-4: Wellness cruise on Lan Ha Bay
After breakfast, you’ll depart for Ha Long Bay – one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders, known for its dramatic limestone karsts and emerald waters.
You’ll be driven approximately two hours from Hanoi to Hai Phong port. There, you’ll embark on a sensory journey aboard Heritage Line’s Ylang, a luxury cruise ship that combines exploration with wellness-inspired activities.
You’ll enjoy stunning scenery, with opportunities to stop for swimming, sunbathing on a pristine beach, or kayaking to discover hidden coves.
Join some included excursions to get a taste of local life and visit one of the few remaining floating fishing villages in the bay.
You could enjoy relaxing treatments in the onboard day spa, take part in an optional tea-tasting session or learn about traditional Vietnamese herbal health remedies.
At day’s end, you can experience a singing bowl meditation in the evening, a Tibetan ritual designed to alleviate stress.
Day 5-9: Reset at TIA Wellness Resort
After breakfast (and perhaps a last swim or kayak experience), you’ll disembark and enjoy a private scenic drive to Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, ready for your 90-minute flight to Da Nang.
Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to TIA Wellness Resort, set on a stunning beachfront on Vietnam’s famed central coast.
TIA is a haven of peace and tranquillity, where you’ll embark on a five-day journey of rest, relaxation and wellness. You can immerse yourself in the Wellness Centre, with steam rooms and saunas, hydrotherapy rooms, relaxation rooms, waterfall and pool areas.
Choose two 40-minute treatments each day from the extensive spa menu, and enjoy optional wellness practices, including Breath Work, Lifestyle Tai Chi, Active Yoga Flow and Creative Workshops.
Dine in The Dining Room, the poolside Ocean Bistro or in the privacy of your own villa. There is also The Art Lounge that starts each day as a cafe and transforms into an intimate bar lounge each evening.
If you wish to get out and explore, the area has endless natural and cultural attractions. You could visit Hoi An, an enchanting city with ancient architecture and lantern-lit streets. Or choose to take a chartered boat trip, a scenic bike tour or a visit to the limestone peaks of the Marble Mountains.
Day 10: Depart from Da Nang
After a healthy final breakfast at TIA, you’ll be transferred to the airport. Our team will assist you with check-in, express immigration and airport security, then escort you to your gate for your departure.
